Step One – Let’s talk

The first step is probably the most important one – and the good news is, it’s free!

Face to Face – Online financial advice

And we really do mean free – there’s no obligation to take anything forward, we won’t try to sell you anything and we won’t hide the fee elsewhere. The “right” financial solution differs for each and every person. For us to help you, we need to find out more about who you are – your income, family situation, appetite to investment risk. If you’re buying a house we need to know how much deposit you have, what other debts you’ve got and what repayment preference you have.

We find out all that personal stuff by meeting with you. Sounds simple, but this is an online service, so how do we meet with you? That’s up to you, but your options are:

  • Skype
  • Telephone
  • Email

If you telephone or Skype us, we will chat with you and take down all the information we need. That will take a bit of time, possibly up to an hour, so the best way to do that is to make an appointment. Just get in touch and we will book a time that suits you.

We have a Skype account set up and ready to use for this service, and we would prefer this method. Being able to see each other “face to face”, really helps the conversation flow, and helps us get a grip on who you are. If you haven’t used Skype before, don’t worry – it’s really simple. Calls using Skype (where we both use Skype on our computers) are free and while it’s best if you have a video cam attached as well, it’s not essential – we have one, so at least you can see us!
